This old soul was such a pleasure to photograph while my family and I were in Western New York for a couple weeks. I had the privilege of photographing Leo and his parents in 2008 when he was only three after he had recently been adopted and then again in 2018 at my home .

Leo was a bundle of joy then and still is today! He has brought so much purpose and life to his parents. They have loved and supported him from the day he was brought into their home! Their hearts well up with pride for this delightful young lad.

I love that I was able to capture the musical, serious, sentimental, and silly side of Leo in the forty minutes we spent together for this. Leo is such a bright, endearing, and loving young man. My prayer is that this year and in the years to come that he chooses to seek God with all of his heart just like one of his favorite artists, Johnny Cash, did. I know that he wouldn't regret doing so.
